Desiree and Penny are the best! Great people to work with and Dice
(Montana Fly Brandy), the 7 year old gelding we bought from them is a jewel!
Cheyenne was 10 when we purchased him last year and I was a bit
apprehensive about buying a 7 year old for her. But Dice was so well broke
that after a few minutes in the arena I knew they would have no problems.
Cheyenne rides Dice around the farm in a halter. She must think he is a
trick horse also, as many times I look out and she is on backwards, standing
up or running him across the pasture bareback.
This pair has recently went down to Ft Worth to the ABRA finals and ran
in the 1D and placed in the 2D. This is after only making about 12
competition runs together.
I can't say enough about these great people, the horse industry needs
more like them!! Always willing to help!
We are so grateful to have met these wonderful people and truly blessed
to be able to purchase Dice. I know that Cheyenne and Dice will continue to
grow together for many years to come.
A special thanks to Krystal (Wyrick) for putting us in touch with these
angels!

Success Letter from Clinic Student, Bandy Brooks, who now
has a Waiting List of Clients!
We have been to going to Penny’s Fall Clinics for three years now, and
plan to go every year. Penny and Desi are eager to help and full of
knowledge. We have taken colts that we are starting and seasoned horses,
that need a little tuning. Every year we come away with something new
learned, or some little thing fixed that we were not seeing but it made the
difference. Or they have refreshed our minds with something we did on a
past horse that we had forgotten about.
The really great thing about Penny and Desi is that they make their own
horses. So they know about starting colts, getting them seasoned, and
keeping them tuned up. They continue to grow and learn knowledge about
horses, barrel racing, and horsemanship to improve their own game. We
believe if you quit learning you quit winning, and these girls are on it.
When we see them at shows, and need a little help they are never too
busy. They are also just a phone call or e-mail away. We are very grateful
of all the time and help that they have given us at the clinics and barrel
races. Bandy would like to grow up and train futurity horses. We feel Bandy
has gained from Penny and Desi, and will continue to grow with their help.
~ Sincerely, Scott, Diane, and Bandy Brooks - Kansas
Proud new owner of 5 year-old HB High Five - Allison Clarke
Hey Desiree!
Just an update on Five, we went to our first actual barrel race yesterday. I
set him just a moment too soon and knocked the second, but.... our time
would have landed us bottom of the 1D! And all that with my eyes basically
closed-ha! I hardly asked him for any speed. I'm so excited I can hardly
stand it! We'll be hauling regularly now that I'm out of school and such. I
plan to hit two jackpots this weekend! . . . Thanks for letting me take him off
your hands ;-)
~ Allison Clarke, Columbia, Missouri
Hey girls!
Just thought I would brag on how wonderful Allison and Five
are doing! At the NBHA Missouri State Championships, they qualified for
the finals in the 2D, but ran the 1D in the Finals and in one go-round! She
just loves him and they are doing great!
~ Take care guys! Katie Schneider, Missouri
(*NOTE: Katie helped us sell High Five - Thank you back to her!)

Penny's Speeding up program success story!
I just have to say how happy I am that I sent my 6 year-old mare, Schwinn, to
Desiree and Penny. I have spent the last year getting Schwinn solid on the
pattern, but I was still running 1 second off. I sent her to PTH so that they
could add speed to her and help me sell her. After 6 weeks I picked her up
and Schwinn came home looking great and running even better! Penny
adjusted Schwinn's style to help her perform better - teaching her to handle
speed in her turns. Since she has been home she is running 1D and 2D
times and continuing to get better! THANKS PENNY & DESIREE
